We have many years of experience in producing sportswear for famous brand names such as Asics, Puma, Russell and Bike, etc. Making quality functional garments is our best expertise. Our factory has passed the Factory Compliance Audit for many years. We have over 500 veteran workers and 85 sets of computer flat lock machines among 750 sets of our machines. We have employed computerize no tension spreading machines and computerize cutting machines to secure the accuracy of fabric cutting.
Lean Production and Environmental Cleaner Production have been executed in our factories two years ago. Our innovative technology of garment production mode "One-piece-flow garment production by conveyer belt" has proven to be an efficient and effective line of production and achieved a 30% increase of production output. Seamless sportswear is a new line in garment industry. We have imported computerize automatic knitting Machine from Italy. Indeed, we have 10 years of experience in making seamless sportswear in China.
We have our own laboratory to control the color fastness of fabric. Our Q.A. department will use computer color reader to ***ermine the color of fabric before use. "Quality is life" Our Q. C. will certainly maintain good quality of product before shipment.
